About me
My name is Lisa. I'm 32 years old, and somewhere along the way I became fascinated by the very beginning of life.
When I became pregnant myself, that fascination gained a deeply personal layer. Experiencing life starting within me — and everything it set in motion — left a profound impression. A strong inner fire was lit, one that has carried me through a complete career change over the past few years.
I firmly believe that the transition into motherhood (and parenthood) is filled with beautiful opportunities for growth and healing — but also with risks of cracking where the ice was already thin. It is a time that deserves far more gentleness, care, and attention.
With Wiegwerk, I now hope to offer a small part of that care. If you find yourself anywhere between a tentative wish for a child and the fragile postpartum period, and you feel you could use some extra support along the way, you are more than welcome here.

Practical information
Appointments take place in my practice space at BE-Here in Laeken, a 10-minute walk from Tour & Taxis. I welcome clients there every Thursday and Friday.
In exceptional cases, I can come to your home (within Brussels).
I offer doula support for births exclusively in Brussels — at home, in a birth centre, or in a Brussels hospital.
My rates are listed on this website in each service description.
Payment is possible via mobile payment or bank transfer.
Dutch is my native language, but if agreed in advance sessions can also be held in English or French.
You can preferably book an appointment via this form.
